Pretty good day all and all weight stayed at 197 which is OK at least I didn't gain.

Only bad food choice really was I chose to eat at work which was macaroni and lots of cheese and a little ham.

Tomorrow I'll behave and come home and eat a low-cal lunch.

The snack machine was calling me all day! I really wanted the cheese danish. I've had it before and it is soooooo goood! But I didn't get one .Yeah for me.

Some how I've got to cut back on my diet mountain dew. I realistically drink about 10 cans a day. That's to much even though it is diet its still got sodium and I don't need any retained water weight holding me back.

I totally understand the diet mountain dew thing - except my diet soda of choice is diet cherry vanilla dr. pepper! I could drink them all day!! So, I usually buy a 12 pack and then once their gone - their gone. I dont buy another one for 2 or 3 weeks. I just drink water till then. That helps me to use moderation and not suck them all down at once! :-)
