I'm pretty nervous about the weekends in general but this weekend has me a little extra nervous. The structure that is provided during the week helps me stay on the wagon. The 4 hours i have between when i get home and go to sleep is the only time where I can really overeat. When weekends get here especially when I have alot of plans (parties, dinners with friends, cookouts), I really worry about falling off the wagon and giving in to peer pressure. Even starting tonight with the NBA Draft, this is usually a time where id crack open some beers and eat a whole pizza. Maybe I can just try to do that but really watch what im taking in.

I know what you mean weekends are tough especially if your busy. However, sometimes I end up having problems eating enough because I don't have that eat breakfast, lunch, dinner strucutre as the normal work week. Definately enjoy yourself but just like everything all things in moderation I suppose. I haven't been cutting my social life out only taking certain parts in a little more moderation. With the amount of calories you get daily you should be able to easily enjoy a few nights off of crazy dieting.
