Had an awesome workout with my trainer today...he was impressed with how I moved through the exercises and we even had enough time to add on some ab work....I'm feeling so much stronger than I was even a month ago...it is GREAT!!! Also weighed myself when I got home...I was down to 201...of course I had just sweated a lot...but I'm soooo excited about being below 200....can't wait...maybe another week??? Almost there!!!
