Well I got my workout done, 30 minutes Taebo Boot Camp. I had to use my lightest weights but I kept up with the fast pace. Today is a somewhat low calorie day so I have to keep my snacking under control. I had eggs and whole wheat bread for breakfast because it is a more satisfying breakfast than my usual cereal, and I didn't want to find myself starving before lunchtime. It's that lovely TOM again so I don't expect to see much change on the scale this week. It went down a tiny bit though. I try not to care what the scale says but it never works, it always affects me. I have tried not to weigh daily before, but the longest I have gone without weighing is 3 days before intense curiosity takes over, heh. I just want it to go down, even if it is slowly, no more spikes on my weight chart. Well have a good day everyone! :)
