I feel so close, yet so far away from my goal! I want to lose even a little more after i get there, but it will so be time for a party when I hit my goal(and keep it off for at least a week!!) I am almost back to where I was, the scale was down 0.6 to 122.2.
That blue line is taunting me. "you can't get me..."
I just need to stay more focused than ever before to get there, because I am a WEE BIT IMPATIENT!!! ok a lot impatient lol.
It's pretty obvious to me why I backtracked, so I won't make the same mistakes again. Not too many low cal days in a row, and not too many high calorie ones! ESPECIALLY high cal! I have been trying to get in plenty of fruit, veg and protein every day, and remember to take my vitamin and drink lots of water. It all works together to help me stay satisfied. I pretty much have some Low fat or fat free ice cream every day though! LOL..naughty, but it's so good. Main problem with it is it doesn't fill me up, so I try to have something healthy before, like a cup of raw veggies or a bit of cottage cheese
Chocolate cravings hit me hard yesterday, but I kept it under control mostly. I had half a square of fine dark chocolate and several puddings(i think 3!) More treats than usual..but so what. :)
It's cloudy, humid and gloomy today. i gotta get my butt motivated to do something though. It's going to storm later probably, but we could go outside before then. I am thinking about taking a bit of of a brisk walk around the house before rain comes. I have a flat tire so I can't drive to the school to walk today. :(
I've been so low on energy lately. I have to force myself to do anything. Idk if it's pms or the weather or what??
Oh well as long as I get er' done right?
