Progressing in the right direction! YES! One more lb. down! It's amazing how well I do when I stay on track! It inspires me to stay on track more! I made some chess squares for a friend this morning. So far, all I have had is about 1/2 tsp. of batter! Hey, that's good! I LOVE chess squares, so this is a true test for me! I am so excited about leaving for Florida this evening! Can't wait to relax on the beach! Gotta go & get some sunscreen! ;)

live in FL, near Panama City Beach, on the beach about 35-40 miles east of there. I walk on the beach most everyday and yes it is more of a work out. Esp. right now, the sand is very soft, at times there is a hard packed strip, but I have not found one this week! I have increased my walking to at least an hour, some days almost 2!! And the past 2 days have really been hard out there, but still beautiful, watching the seagulls, pelicans, sandpipers etc. and some days the dolpins are out playing around, listening to the surf. I feel very, very blessed to live here. "If you are lucky enough to live near the beach, you are lucky enough".
