woot! my 1st journal!

so, things are pretty good, when i first started back in mid feb i was 176, currently i am 146! so yeah. when i first started i was real gun-ho about the whole thing, plus ive been doing cardio-kickboxing and a bit of weight training. so ive learned within the last few weeks, because ive cheated on my diet, that the exercise can actually make up for a lot of slacking. 2 weeks ago i was off the diet entirely for 5 days and then only semi on the diet for the remaining 2, only to discover, no weight gain. i was super stoked! im not as hungry anymore nor can i eat as much as i used to (1 large pizza!!!) so, where am i? im in a state of happiness, because i feel i can eat normally and maintain. i will continue to watch myself however as i want to get down to 140 or through the end of my semester, whichever takes longer. but im happy with my weight, at this point its all about toning!
