Unintentional fast of 12hrs - no dinner due to late hour returning home !! Did though while shopping have approx 2oz low salt turkey breast. Took hours shopping attempting to find something new /low carb reading numerous labels Came to conclusion our grocery store don’t carry many low carb items. Not even almond flour - Guess I’ll have to do road trip to Traders Joes Picked up a lot of fresh veggies though
