I've been researching weight loss, and my goodness there are a ton of diets, and a million ways to exercise. I've never been on a fad diet before, but I've always heard most of the time people gain a lot of weight back. Plus this is more of a lifestyle change. Once I reach my goal I have to keep up what I'm doing, or I'll gain it all back. This is kind of overwhelming, but I'll just take it a day at a time.

Fad diets never work in the long run and it's great you recognize this! :) I try to work out regularly and to burn more calories than I consume. This sounds easy, but is actually pretty hard in my opinion. Make sure to set your RDI and keep track of your food & exercise entries with the diet calendar. It will help you learn what foods and actives cause you to lose or gain weight. Good luck!
