5 months - 20kg.... I am not sure if this is good or bad but but I will take a 2kg loss a week anyday... I think the hardest part is not having a gym buddy and doing this all alone. Support really does count and it means alot. I was actually thinking today and tried to think of only 1 person who inspired me... And nobody came up... But i will really take a skinny me rather than a gym buddy... But i do miss a gym buddy

Depending on what type of exercise you like, have you tried exercise videos (YouTube has plenty of free ones)? I know it sounds crazy but when you’re working alongside them sometimes you forget that you’re in your house exercising. Maybe they can help?

2kg a week - that is a lot 😳 how do you manage that amount and kept it at that rate?! I try 700 gr / week and even that is difficult to maintain!
