Haloo tmn2 yg lg berjuang diet jg, tinggi badan aku 154 cm, bb skrg 56kg masih jauh bgt dr bb ideal tp aku akan ttp berjuang.. utk tips diet yg aku jalanin itu, utk awal2ny aku ocd krna ocd itu ad efekny di aku, dr mengurangi lingkar pinggang, perut & lengan.. tp skrg aku lg gak ocd, skrg aku diet flexible cmn ttp hitung kalori aj
