Yesterday I was really challenged, but won. Because I'm doing more excerises, but drinking more water, I still find myself hungry all the time. And I was so tired this morning that I slept through my exercise hour. I started taking vitamins plus extra calcium + D about 3 days ago, so hopefully this will help.
