Attempting for 2nd time to do HFLC diet Failed with 1st attempt but never had such large amt of water retention
Need to stop taking vitamin and D3 due to have 6 carbs total Just started taking vitamin due to round off diet. D3 for winter blues. Someone stop snow/cold and bring on the sun and warmth. I’m like a bear - hibernate till warm weather with no ambition to exercise 🙏🏻 here’s to sun warmth and getting back on track with diet

I think we are rounding the corner on spring. Good luck on your HFLC diet. It is what I am doing as well. I try to find vitamins with as few carbs as possible.

liv001 Draglist Thank you - inspired me with my 2nd attempt with keto - so far successful. Slow but steady - still have my panic moments and ranting moments with the internal fear that I’m going to blow it (hard on myself- perfectionist) but you two always help beyond words - draglist with his posting also of healthy meals - and you liv001 with words of wisdom Please keep it up !! Forever greatfull to you both. Any success I have it’s due to you both - Thanks again
