Totally over-ate yesterday -- started off great but over did desserts big time. Had my planned piece of pumpkin pie, but then multiple tastes of apple, chocolate pecan, lemon meringue, brownies, etc. So, too scared to weigh in this morning. Prepared to be back on track & will assess "the damage" tomo. Had a wonderful Thanksgiving with my 2 sons home form college, my MIL, BILs & families. It was bittersweet though as the first without my FIL -- he passed away unexpectedly & tragically over the summer. Miss him so much but know how blessed i was to have had him in my life -- he truly was the best FIL a girl could ask for. Off to take firstborn to the airport this morning, tennis (really need the workout!) later & then dinner out tonight for a friend's birthday. Missing my boy already, but he'll be back for Xmas in about 3 weeks:).
