It is going to be a challenge to pass this week without getting weight with all the goodies to eat and with the gym closed for for two week days and the weekend :(

You can borrow my mantra for the holidays: Nothing tastes as good as fit feels!!! You need to repeat it again and again, because sometimes it is hard to understand with mash potatoes & gravy in your mouth!!
