Nothing but water until 10:00 then bulletproof coffee and a nush cake. Planning n walking tonight and no food after 6:00 going to try an watch my "total" carbs and not go over 30 and keep net carbs under or at 15. i redid my macros to make sure they are correct and it looks like they are pretty spot on. I might need to tweak the protein just a tad. I was doing 70/15/20 (usually getting a little more in the fat and adjusting the carbs or protein)- going to go to 75/10/15 as my goal and see ig that helps. Losing and gaining that same pound over and over and over.... up 1 down 1 up 1 down 1.....

Bloodwork this morning - keto a little over 2 months - fingers crossed.
