Got up to walk with a friend this morning, but it was lightly raining so she opted not to go. Oddly, I went anyway, even though it was her idea to do it. I was very proud of myself. Usually, I find any excuse whatsoever to avoid working out - and rain is a pretty valid excuse. But this morning, I just couldn't sit here, as I was already dressed to go walking.

I didn't make it real far, but it was a full 30 minutes. I was also excited that I could walk that far. Sure, I was hunched over and my legs were numb, but it could have been much worse. I must be making some sort of progress. Yay. =)
