Bahannya sama aja kayak omelet telur biasa, tapi dibentuk mini cup supaya makannya ga ribet apalagi kalo mau dibawa & makan dijalan. Tinggal happ hehe... Kalo gamau repot pake cup roti gandum bisa langsung tuang di cetakan (oles minyak dkt biar ga lengket)
