So...Wow!!!
I just joined this site this past week and have been recording my food diary and I went from 271 to a current 266.4 in days! Making myself aware of what I am doing with and to my body is helping me reach my goal a lot faster! My long term goal is to be at 200lbs by the end of March 2013. I believe this possible!
