Not sure one day at a time.. I just returned from a vacation that did massive damage to my routine, but will get there soon. this is my first week taking things seriously let’s see the next few weeks. Will appreciate support and help.. just stared following you.

Hey Chris.. sorry for the late reply very busy time with the kids. I work out 5 times a week for 2 hrs in my work out I do weight training 3-4x a week,spinning and boxing classes 2x a week and depends on my mood I do also Pilates and Bar...
