Its kinda hard to lose weight when you are having a heavy period, and dealing with the remnants of oral surgery & its pain...so, with diet control, and beginning to keep a food diary again, I am able to be more successful in my effort to lose weight. It will get better when my period goes away and I can exercise again with no oral pain! :)
