So...I have tried mycaloriecounter before, and some other site, but I really feel that this one is going to work my friends!

At 269 lbs. I am at an all time high in my weight and I am seeking to lose the 69 for my first goal. I am going to change that goal to go ultimately to 150lbs in the end, but I have been through years of therapy so I know that we need to not overwhelm ourselves! All of this weight has brought so much pain with it, or I guess you could say its my shell, my covering, the way I have coped with all of the sickness and drama in my life these last few years. It all began in 2007 when my dad became a double amputee. I am a different person now. I believe we are ever evolving creatures and that the key to a successful life is adapting.

Right now I have a dry socket after having oral surgery on one of my biggest teeth on the top left side of my mouth, so I am on pain meds, and still having my period (Which since I have lost a few pounds from being 281 last year at this time, they are regular now, thank God!).

I was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder in the spring of 2004. However, I must say, my battle with Bulimia since age 16, and my weight issues and self esteem have always given me far much more trouble...
