Shopped for food again today...was not as discouraged by "what I can't eat." Just tried to be aware and patient with myself and with the process.
Inspired by another member's photo (thanks love2educate!) I got zucchini, baby peppers, and potatoes to make a low FODMAP, low fat/fiber chili suitable for gastroparesis.
I think I could maybe eat/drink more if I set a timer. I'm going to try it for the rest of the day..starting now!
