Whoops... had a bad day, a day I TRIED to count on here but I have no idea. Basically... we went out to a nice sushi dinner, and stuffed ourselves with sushi... bleh. I tried to put down what the rolls were, but those values aren't from the place we actually ate. Of course there's no nutrition info available. And no exercise today, well, we fished for an hour, but it was a bust. Tomorrow I will be more active.

You could have done so much worse than sushi! So...how are you doing? Have you been busy packing stuff up? Any word on the house? Or your jerk-of-a-landlord? I like that a lawyer got involved! : ) Serves him right from the sounds of it. Anyway...been missing you. I'll take my husband's laptop with me to CA in the morning, so no reason I won't be checking in. I'm going to try to log in food, too, we'll see how that goes! Don't know how much exercise I'll get in - first the shoulder (which is mostly fine now) and now I think I may have broken my second toe. It's killing me to walk - sure can't imagine jumping around or doing most of the standing workouts. crap... I hope you're doing well!
