Great job sticking to the 35% of RDI for fat today. Need to not eat so many carbs, especially bread. Got all my GhGs in except for the oils, which I don't feel are necessary anyway no matter what WW says. Down to 220.4 today(-1.4 from official WI yesterday) so that's good.
