It been a long journey but so worth it! I've gone from 40% bodyfat, weighing close to 70KGS and now...Down to 10% bodyfat, weighing 50KGS 😀👊 ABSOLUTELY ECSTATIC!!!

1 more week then time to reverse diet...Hopefully I'll be able to eat close to double the calories, if not more in 6 months time without gaining too much bodyfat back. Slow and steady increases of calories but looking forward to having the extra energy in and out of the gym.

you will be amazed at 2 things in my experience. 1 how quick you go from 10-15% bodyfat. 2 how much better 15% feels, so much more energy

Keith...Yeah mate I know, hoping by slowly increasing calories my metabolism should adjust. In theory, when done correctly, I'll be able to eat more while weighing less. I need to slowly taper off cardio also. Hopefully works out :)

I'm doing 75-25 Doing considerably more cardio then weight at the moment. Cardio fitness is a big thing for me at the moment. Need to drag my ass up another mountain so need to stay fit 👌

Thanks Trish, appreciate it! I weighed myself this morning and I've surpassed my goal by more than half a kilo, so going to start my reverse diet a week earlier than scheduled. Looking forward to eating more lol :)
