Not progress last week but the fast loose is over I know. Been a busy week here out on the road but I feel like I may have lost a pound or ? My weigh in day is usually when we go back out on the road, which won't be till Sun or Mon. but I'm like a kid in the candy store I gotta weigh tomorrow. I will be staying home next week our son is coming up from SC to visit. All will be good cause he is on a weight loss journey to so I won't have to worry about I cook. So wish me luck I need a boost.
