Thanks for the support! I do think Beef & Butter fast helped me. BIood sugar dropped like a rock this week. And I think I am close to a “real” weight drop soon. I will definitely do this again. I am thinking of doing a 3 day water only fast to get my blood sugar under 100, but I’m not sure. Might wait a week.
