Down 55 lbs since mid September 2018 on Keto. Today was the first time a coworker commented on my weight loss. Still about 110 lbs to go to meet my ultimate goal. Plan to be under 300 by the end of May. Currently have lost this weight by changing what and when I eat (IF 16/8). Haven't specifically added any exercise. However, as I lose, I am becoming naturally more active. Sleeping much better and not having fatigue during the day. Making sure I drink lots of water and take in electrolytes all day long have been very key to my success and improving quality of life.
