Yesterday 249.0 this morning 248.4. This is totally amazing - my body is spoiling me. I think when I drop to a pound or two a week I am going to be sad. I can't believe I am losing at an average of 5 pounds a week! I keep thinking if I got off of my big butt and worked out I might lose even more but I have no time! We have a great walking trail at work and I have been thinking of using it. Oh I finally learned how to put songs on my new phone/mp3 player! I downloaded music that makes me feel good. LOL! You know, music that makes you want to get up and dance and act silly and laugh. I love that 70's song by Red Bone - "Come and get your love". I bought it and the new country song by The Band Perry "Hip to my heart". I hope everyone is having a great low-carb day!

Thanks Keli - I am like high on ketones this morning or something! I am so happy I could shout! When I hit 200 I might not be able to contain myself! LOL!
