I have to do better today. I've been above 2000 cals the last couple days. It's getting close to that time of the month which means weight retention and cravings. I've got to do better. I don't know if I am going to work out today because I'm really sore, but maybe. If I don't work out I need to cut down majorly on the snacks! WISH ME LUCK..

I've been trying to figure out this exercise drought I'm in. Usually when I exercise its something short but intense like the biggest loser dvds or biking. Perhaps on hard day I should invest is very low impact like yoga? Perhaps Yoga could help on days even when we're sore or tired? I'll see.
