Boy! These last pounds are being stubborn!!! Been killing it at the gym but feel like I rly need to adjust my approach. I’ve been working out consistently and at times feel ravenous and want to eat. Will be tracking my eats closely. Feel like I’m getting enough fat but wonder what I could do to adjust. Trying to not focus on the scale as I feel great and look like I’m losing inches. 😎😎😎

Don't let a number on the scale discourage you, you're seeing and feeling positive results. Keep it up!

Yep I have lost tons of inches in the last couple weeks and the scale is not moving. Would rather be leaner but still would like the scale to reflect.

Maybe it’s wrong but I always heard muscles weigh more than fat.

Great job staying active!! Keep on top of your intake as you don't want to be overwhelming your good work on the activity front with hidden (or not so hidden) calories. Also, clothes fit and monthly pics will tell you if you're losing body fat, even if the scale has plateaued. BTW, you are doing great overall, keep up the good work!!
