I love the support system that this website gives, but I feel like I have become more obsessive about pounds than I really should be. Seeing that chart scares me to be honest, and what if you are gaining muscle? I have not been on a diet for the past few days and it feels great not to be obsessed. I am having trouble eating every couple of hours because I feel like food is always on my mind all the time. Not being on a diet makes me feel normal and I only eat when I am hungry. I am going to be more careful of what I put in my body tomorrow, but try not to make food my life and see how it works out.
