1 and a half month of no dieting. Had a hectic time at work before our holiday, was on holiday for 2 and a half weeks and tomorrow is back to normal, back to eating healthy. Due to a knee injury from my childhood I cannot exercise like I want to as it keeps bugging when I am pushing myself with weight training, doctor recommends that I stick to low weight and more repititions. Hoping to get pregnant again this year so I will have to work hard to loose the extra weight, I am in no hurry but if I do get pregnant I do not want to pick up any weight as I am still struggling to loose my previous pregnancy weight
112.8 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 47.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week
