I did good yesterday except for the piece of chocolate cake I had. I can not seem to stay away from chocolate. I really just want to throw all the food in my house in the trash! I have been trying to stick with fruits and vegetables. It is really hard when I have to eat meals with my husband. I always want to binge in the evenings, but I try not to eat past 7 pm and I end up hungry before bed, so that makes me happy.
