You have to keep at it until you find that groove that works. I was trying different things since April, I finally found my groove in late Sept... Sometimes it takes a while to find the motivation and get some bad habits replaced. For me, the thing that put it over the edge is finding out I weighed 7 lbs more than I thought. I thought I was losing slowly since April. However, even since September I've had some bad days, but I try and make sure I recover quickly instead of having a bad week, just a bad day or two. GOOD LUCK!! You'll get this!!
