Kristy, you have done VERY WELL the past few days! Exercising morning & evening, eating low carb nutritious foods (and medifast snacks), drinking water, and not eating past 6pm. Although today is only #3, I believe I'm on a new journey to 185 lbs! Let's lose 20 pounds!
