Actually got to see 213 on the scale on Sunday morning before having family over and all going out to eat at Ruth Chris Steakhouse. Let's just say I didn't hold back and enjoyed what I wanted. Unfortunately, the scale wasn't kind to me this morning at 217!
98.4 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

don't fret over the sudden gain. as you know it is due to increase in overall calories consumed and water from those calories. you know that in a day or two if you stay "Clean" you will be back to your 213 or lower. Keep your head up as you are so close. keep us posted. i am new to this web/forum site and so far am loving what it has to offer. keep up the good work.
