It does not feel good to see a red arrow next to my weight! I know that it is just 0.4 lbs., but UGH! I ate more yesterday, but I ate healthy. I WILL do even better today! I feel so bloated since it is almost TOM! Lord, help me thru this week!

I am so proud of how you are doing. Your enthusiasm is contagious! I have lost 3 pounds in about 1-1/2 weeks just cutting back, drinking more water, leaving off sweets & carbonated drinks. Now I am also watching carbohydrates when I can. bugger
