Hey Keto people, any suggestions for Keto friendly snacks (to buy, I don’t cook) that you love?

I buy Keto cups by Eating Evolved and wanted something similar. I like them!

Go! :)

I really like the Atkins "Endulge" bars. They're about $1 each in the multipacks, but taste very much like "real" candy bars (Mounds, Payday, Snickers, etc.) and they have GREAT Fiber content and very low Net Carbs. Just be sure when you put it into your journal to find a choice that says (Sugar Alcohols Removed) or it will record a LOT more net carbs than you're expecting.

Eggs. Do you know how to boil them? Also canned tuna. Cheese, cut up veggies dipped in a full fat dressing. Pork rinds if that appeals to you. It is also better to cut down on snacking and trying get as much foods in at your meals.

Pecans and green olives. I don't do snacking as it leads to me forgetting and consuming too much.

Hi guys - thanks for commenting. I was looking more for the bars or fat bombs advise that you buy (so thank you Debbie), not eggs or canned tuna (which i sometimes already do for lunch).

@Kyykla, I just went in and posted a favorite FAT BOMB recipe on the "Daily Accountability 2019-#5" Challenge Forum for you. (All my challenge posts are open to the public both for viewing and for commenting.) It is called "Creamsicle Fat Bomb Dessert Cups." I know you said you don't like to "cook," but these only take about 5 minutes to make, and technically, there is no "cooking" involved. They are DELICIOUS!

I also just posted a chart I made for NUTS, which includes the nutrition info on the Fat, Carbs, Fiber, Net Carbs, Calories and Protein on the most popular snacking nuts. You can find it by searching "Daily Accountability 2019-#5" Challenge, and then clicking on "Challenge Forum." Portioning Tip: I buy the little tiny ziplock bags in the craft section of Walmart. Each one holds a perfect 1-oz serving! Plus, you can print the nutrition info on an address label and attach it to each bag if you want to get really ambitious.

I like sugar free jello and whipped cream

@Shawnna30, thanks for reminding me! I need to check the SF Jello label for sugar alcohols, though, as they spike my blood sugar.

EPIC BARS - see AMAZON - protein, low carb

ONE bars, quest bars & pure protein bars. There's a lot of good flavors but they all contain sugar alcohols to reduce carbs. This app didn't remove them on the total count.

Just check the "Nutrition Facts" of everything you eat. I looked up Epic Bars. They are all combinations of meat. Examples: "Bison, Uncured bacon, cranberries" has 8g carbohydrate, 1g dietary fiber; "Beef bar, apple, uncured bacon" has 4g carb, 0g fiber; "Animal oil - Pork Lard" has 0g carb, 0g protein, 14g fat.

"Animal oil - Pork Lard" has 0g carb, 0g protein, 14g fat. is not an EPIC bar - it must be something else.

I’m with Marx on the pecans. I love spicy wholly guacamole and pork rinds. High quality hard cheese like Parmesan and high quality salami (open nature has an amazing hot Italian salami). Allouette is amazing. Same with hummus and low carb veggies.
