Day..... something. I have become quite insufferable, according to my teenage son. Apparently, my urge to walk anywhere we are going at warp speed is very annoying. I just feel sooo good! Good news! The psyllium husk have helped me TREMENDOUSLY! I am not eating enough, but the psyllium has increased my fibre....RELIEF!!! I have my calories averaging around 1000 a day, and it's all fruit and veg, but I need to increase it, I learned, because I won't be getting enough nutrition. And, the sleep has settled into a solid firm again. I write these journal entries for me to reflect on. But, biggest take away on this learning curve so far - 2 teaspoons of psyllium husks in a little water, followed by a large cup of water after bed fills you right up, and helps keep everything moving through the digestive system. 😉
