Dik@oolif. Saya bikinnya simple kok dik. Oat dikasih yogurt/susu kedelai/ susu lowfat. Taruh dalam wadah tertutup dan simpen dlm kulkas semalam.. untuk toppingnya bisa dikasih buah2an atau selai kacang.
Atau lngsung cus resep di gugel atau yutub. 😊😊😊
