Lmao!! Ya That’s the one downside to the job—having to discipline people. But I love it because I get to organize and standardize all the people around me. And also make sure we’re following the law. I protect my people — I have about 160ish right now. Most people think HR is boring and we’re all stuffy and nerdy. Not this chick 🤣 

I have worked on the same hall with our HR Director, President and CEO for almost 25 years and it is so funny to see how they are on the hall vs out and about. We have a blast but HR stereotypes are usually off because no matter your personality, you have to come across otherwise. Marketing Directors, on the other hand, totally earn our stereotype ha ha
