It is Thursday and I still haven't gotten a workout in. I know I won't get it done tonight because we are supposed to carve pumpkins, so my hubby was going to try to have dinner ready early so we could get that done after and still have time for the kids homework. I also feel like poo, so I'm hoping that this weekend I can get workouts in. My shoulder is hurting again too. I tweaked it a couple of weeks ago, but the pain went away, but the pain and a lot of popping came back last night, and today it's not feeling any better, but I'm going to put off the doctor as long as I can. We just can't afford me to have to go to physical therapy or anything right now.
In other news, yesterday I was honored at a ceremony for employee of the year for my division, so that was nice. My hubby went with me and he took me out to lunch after at Olive Garden, so I'm sure that wasn't good for the eating plan, but it was very tasty.
I didn't bring my lunch today and I don't know for sure what I'm going to do. The lettuce I had bought to make a salad with was brown in the middle when I cut into the head, gross, and I didn't have time or supplies to do anything else. I'm going to try to live off of my emergency Luna bar and my protein shake. I think if I spread them out I'll be okay, I just hope I don't start craving other things.
I'm so glad tomorrow is Friday. This weekend we have nothing planned, so I'm going to recover from the week and relax (and hopefully workout). The next 2 months I'm sure we'll be busy almost every weekend, so I'm going to enjoy my weekend off this week and rest up to take on the holidays, which are right around the corner. I hope everyone else is having a great week and doing better with their diet and exercise than I am! :)

I feel your pain lol.... my desk drawer is full of Luna bars as well ( a great & yummy go to)...between work, three girls & all the directions they pull when I find an hour I could claim for myself I end up grabbing a glass of wine & attempting to catch up on my ever growing DVR collection of shows. When the weekend rolls around I feel like I have a mile high "to do" list & before I know it the weekend is gone.
