Does anyone know how to find out the points values for restaurants on this site-- or if it's possible? I went out for Japanese with a colleague today, and I was able to put my lunch into the WW site and find the points, but can't figure out how to get that info onto my food calendar....

I'm so glad to be in California right now, although I feel bad for my family-- It's gotta be 70+, but only about 45 at home, and I think raining, like usual! I'm not exactly getting a chance to 'enjoy' it, though, as I'm working inside a store all day.

I know I've told my friend, bullytrouble, but I want you all to know how glad I am that she directed me to this site. I've been on WW since November and have not felt as supported by outsiders at any other time. This site really is great. Thank you to all of you!

This is an awesome link that shows WW points for just about every restaurant in the country - www.dottisweightlosszone.com Click on restaurants. There are 567 restaurants listed. It's a really good site for WW people.

I had teriyaki beef and gyoza with white rice and miso soup. It ended up being about 10 points, so a little high, but not too bad for lunch as you still have the chance to balance it out for the day.
