i put my skinny pic up as motivation. i reminded myself earlier of how i actually felt fat at this weight(160). when i look at it now i just think about how i have 35lbs of hard work to go to get there again and how good it's going to feel. i plan on getting down to my suggested ideal body weight and if it doesn't happen, then it doesn't. i like how i looked at 160 and i need to work on embracing who i am at any given time or weight.
