It is all about math... too many calories=fat too few calories=fat. The balance is finding your comfortable eating pattern that is healthy and sustainable and sticking to it. Moderate exercise, just moving instead of sitting, walk more, park further from the shopping center. Healthy snacking, modest alchohol and plenty of sleep.
