I should be disappointed but as I didn't make it to the gym once this week 🤫 and food included bacon butty and chocolate celebrations at work, meal out on Thursday and cheese snacks yesterday I suppose I should be grateful my weight stayed the same! Mentally I'm still in a good place and I count my blessings. Our holidays to the Singapore Grand prix is all booked and I'm super excited and have until September to get into the best shape I can to enjoy the holidays properly. Will try to be more strict with treats this week and must make it to the gym.. Have a great week everyone and let's hope we all get step closer to our goals x
