Last night I made some flax bread and portabella mushroom pizzas. I really think I could sustain this eating style for the rest of my life. As testiment to this I have had 2 chocolate bars and a bag of black licorice in my desk for months. Get it, they are still there. Previous to this, I would have devoured them long ago. I am still having an issue with the scale, I think I might go and purchase a digital one this week and then weigh in and restart this whole thing. I am afraid to even step on it right now.
I have taken to making ice cream on the weekend, without sugar. This weekend I am planning on making sherbert without the sugar. I found a really cool site for amazing low carb recipes.I will find the link and post it later.
