Had a good day,weight stayed the same.

Did my walking DVD and worked as a CNA which is hard work lifting patients,walking etc. didn't know how to put it in so I just called it calisthenics. Usually I do offce work at the home so I'm beat!

Stayed within my points except for 1/2 a point so I'm happy with that I am a little concerned though because although I'm only a little over 1200 cals my fat intake is high so I'll have to get a better handle on that.

All and all I'm happy to good days down a life time to go!
